2.2. The App does not take responsibility for the organization, management, or safety of any events. Each event creator is fully responsible for their event and its participants.

3. Registration and Account

3.1. To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3. The App reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Users agree to:

4.2. The App is not responsible for disputes between users or issues arising from events.

5.2. The App does not verify the qualifications or reliability of event organizers. Users are responsible for evaluating the safety and suitability of events before participating.
5.3. The App is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in events.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content, trademarks, and materials within the App (excluding user-generated content) are the property of [EL-COM SP. Z O.O.] and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any materials from the App without prior written permission.

7. Privacy
